  Description:

Pahrump Fire was dispatched for a possible structure fire with smoke observed from the roof area.  Upon arrival, crews found fire showing which quickly breached through the roof above the attached 4 car garage.  Firefighters mounted an interior attack and quickly controlled the fire.  During suppression, a section of the front facade failed, separated and fell to the gorund.  Firefighters recognized the early warnings and were clear of the area.  The home was unoccupied at the time of the fire.  PVFRS investigated and the fire is thought to be accidental in nature.

Description:

Pahrump Fire was dispatched for a confirmed structure fire with the occupants evacuating.  Upon arrival, Engine 2 crew found fire showing from the hot water heater enclosure of a double-wide, manufactured dwelling.  Further investigation revealed fire extension to the underside and the interior of the structure.  Crews quickly controlled the fire by crawling under the structure while exposing hidden pockets of fire within the interior walls and ceiling.  While on scene, Paramedics medically evaluated one of the occupants.  Shown is FF/EMT-I Nate Alexander and FF/EMT-B Javier Soto after crawling out from beneath the structure.
